The NuTec Multipurpose Wash Sub was engineered in house and are being used around the world. The NuTec wash sub has a top and bottom connection which allows for conventional use. Running a Wash Sub in the string to wash gumbo out of the riser and wellhead will eliminate time and trouble before the BHA is pulled through the wellhead or before the wear bushing retrieving tool is run. The Multipurpose wash sub gives the operator the ability to install a UHMW bull nose on the pin connection and run the wash tool through an unprotected well head.
